Service Description
A considered consultation for homeowners seeking strategic design guidance before renovating, furnishing or updating their home. This session helps clarify your priorities, design direction and next steps, with expert advice on layout, colour, materials, finishes, furnishing and overall flow. After the consultation, you will receive a written summary with our recommendations to help you move forward with confidence. If you proceed with a full interior design project, the full session fee is credited towards your design fees.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move your payment to your new date at no additional cost. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $150 fee to cover the reserved appointment time, with the remaining $400 refunded to you.
